Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Enterprises getting so excited to adopt new system and spend quite fortune on acquiring it. Adopting new system such as ERP will drastically change the environment and may take long time to settle. The major issue for enterprises is their division couldn’t easily understand their roles in the system and to deal with it and expecting the system to instruct/dictate them of their roles & responsibilities.

In other word a space between division & systems is getting further rather than closer as time goes on with no solution the chances of utilizing the output desire of the system may unpleasant.

We know “Procurement” so the roles & responsibilities for the division & system capabilities shall be aligned and remove any issues that hinder the progress of implementing ERP. This is what actually required to be well managed at the early stage of ERP implementation.
